I would prefer to be booked onto the 2nd class at 9.15-9.45pm please

1 – I am scared of water and have never/not tried in years to swam.

2 – I am not confident at all being in water or swimming.

3 – I am a bit nervous being in water but have swam in the past.

4 – I am happy/ok being in water and can swim.

5 – I am extremely confident in water and love to swim regularly.

2 – I am a non-swimmer but can wade/lounge in the water with others.

3 – I can swim 10-12.5m (1 width) in shallow water that I can stand in.

4 – I can swim for at least 5min using breaststroke/1 stroke but cannot tread water.

5 – I can swim for at least 15min using at least two different strokes with my face in the water can tread water and jump into deep water.

6- I can swim for a long period of time competently using all four strokes dive safely and can swimming underwater.

1 – To feel safe in water learn to swim and save my life.

2 – To feel confident being able to swimming on holiday and with my family.

3 – To get fit and to keep fit.

4 – I have an injury/medical condition that prevents me from doing other types of exercise.
